P90X

Has anyone made up there own routine with P90X? I am thinking of just doing the Core Synergistics, Plyometrics, Cardio X, Kenpo X, Yoga X, Ab Ripper X and the X Stretch. What does everyone think if I skip the weight lifting ones?

    I would do the weights. You don't have to do a lot of weight, but it's good for you and your body to do weight training. I would challenge yourself, though. If you feel you can lift more, do it.

    You'll feel strong.
