I have noticed it gives you options of which categories you want to keep track of on your food intake, was wondering what every ones opinion was on which are the most important to track while trying to get in shape?

I track the four they pick for you and also saturated fats and go back and forth on fiber and sugars.

From MY HOME, click Settings (its up at the top), then Diary Settings. You can add 2 more nutrients to track from the drop-downs you see there :)

    JINX! :D

Fat and Sodium are the two I watch the closest. I have a few other things on there, but fat and sodium are the easiest ones to overdo if I don't watch them. My first week I didn't track sodium, and later found I was over 5 of 7 days (though usually not by all that much). Since then i haven't been over at all.
