I seen an infomercial about that workout and was wondering if anyone on here has done that workout and what were your results.

    I think Rock abs would produce better results. :D

    To be fully honest, anything will work. Just keep the mentality that you will only get out of something what you put into it.

    Yeah I have p90x but think its a little to intense for me so was looking for something a little more upbeat and fun

    Hip Hop abs is definitely upbeat and fun. I enjoy it.

    My mom has that:) You could maybe borrow it or even have it for cheap cuz I don't think she uses it even cuz I have one of the dvds.. I liked it a lot though when I used it and stuck to it I could tell that I lost my mommy chub.. Plus it's fun and might be easier to stick with the the P90x

    I totally like it. I mostly use the full body burn session when I use it.
