Keeping up calorie intake - with toothache??!!
Hi Have killer toothache (developed over weekend). :frown: Eating is v. painful. :sad: What's the best way to make sure I keep up my calorie intake? Am struggling through a banana and even that is hurting a lot and you can't get much squidgier!!!! :frown:

Turbo Fire Tone 30 class - resistance band weight please?
Hi all Did the TF Tone 30 class this morning, but wanted to check - does anyone know what weight the resistance bands they use in the workout out are? I think they're green. Or maybe red. What weights do you need for ChaLean Extreme?

HRM and underwired bra?
Hi all This may be a daft question, but I am relatively new to using HRMs. Would an underwire bra (sports bra) affect the sensor for the HRM at all or would it not make any difference? MFP calorie counter VS new HRM calorie count - help??
