im trying to figure out my activity level on scooby. i do elliptical cross trainer for nearly 4 hours on a 7 days course i know i know im trying to get strength training involved too during the day i go shopping cook etc nothing so drastic in what range should i be light or moderate? thanks

My BMR IS :1467 TDEE : 2275 I do 3 - 5 hours per week elliptical and im starting with some free weights as i have problems with my back and enck atm. What do you suggest 15 % cut or 20 %?? I ve been eating 1500 cals + exercise cals (taken from HRM) but i am not seeing much results

im so upset with myself
i struggled with anorexia all my life. I binnged badly last year and i gained a good chuck of weight which leaves me in the overweight section. whenever i dont like what the scales say or what i see in the mirror i overeat badly. i just overate and i feel so bad about myself. i have so much hatred. i feel im the worst…

Cheat meal!!
Usually when i have cheat meal i gain water weight hte next day like 4 lb. yesterday i was over by 600 cals, ate pizza and cheese cake. this morning i weigh the same no water weight. whats going on?

im 5'5 and 160 lb... i want to lose around 15 to 20 lb...i eat 1300 calories and burn around 400... but these past 2 days im dizzy and shaky.. so i ate around 1500 - 1600... how much should i eat? i also not losing much on 1300 should i decrease my calories?
