I am 5'5 and 160 lb. 26 years old. i want to lose 15 - 20 lb . i am eating 1300 and burning 400 - 500 through exercise. can i save my exercise calories to have a cheat meal on Sunday??? not going overboard but like a nice lunch with family...

Yes, you can "bank" calories. Look at your nutrition for the past 7 days, not just today.
