So for 2 years ive eaten like 1200 or less... somehow last summer i binged badly....gained 10 kg... started eating at 1300 , scale is stuck... upped to 1800 which is 20 % from tdee.... i hope things get moving again... every time i eat something i seem to gai fat immediatly and when i drop cals i wont lose... im very frustrated

It would help if you would list your current weight and height and things like that.
But any time you up your calories, you might see the scale go up some. The trick is to (1) not weigh yourself every day (2) not freak out if it doesn't change as fast as you want
This is one of my favorite tools to see what changes in daily intake will do to weight. It's overwhelmingly complex, but oh so scientific.

Patience
You may gain weight initially after upping you calories, but after a while you will level off and start to lose again (as long as calories are logged correctly and the TDEE calculation is correct)
Give your self at least a month.0
