Can certain foods make you tired
I've noticed each evening I'm tired and yawning despite having rest days. Can it be specific foods causing this or is it due to reducing calories? I've been exercising a lot more compared to before but recently I am trying to rest abit but each evening I'm yawning and getting cold chills.

I just started logging and I'm confused for today Net calories are 1200ish Fit bit is showing I burned 2500 calories I get 1700 daily from mfp but after exercise I am getting net 1200 so am I right in understanding that I can have 500 more calories? Or no?

How do i know im losing fat
Can i use the scale only? Or will a measuring tape be a true indicator? I've got a scale that shows bf% as well but I'm not sure if that's reliable. Also if im only eating according to my calories and not exercising much will I still lose fat?

Over the last 3 weeks it's been Ramadan and so I've been eating 2 meals a day. One meal at 3am and 2nd meal at 9.30pm. My morning meal was always tea with toast and jam or scrambled egg and beans. i bought a fitbit charge and i was wondering why its showing 2136 calories ..what does that number mean??i logged food on mfp.and i only used it for a few hours. also if i exercise will it automatically transfer data to mfp?ive synced them but my exercise shows on fitbit app but not on mfp.

my phone tracks my steps. today i walked over 14000 steps and it says i burnt 500 calories. normally i walk 10,000 steps.so do i eat back these calories and is the burn even accurate?

losing weight but not inches
