Hi all
Can somebody look at my diary for today and explain how much more calories I should eat? If I don't want to eat back all my exercise calories how much should I eat.

Why would you not want to eat back your exercise cals?

I agree with @TavistockToad in wondering why you don't want to eat them back, especially since they appear to be a Fitbit adjustment.

To answer your question though, if you want to eat 50% of those calories then you should eat 1719 today. I divided your exercise in half (1038/2=519) and subtracted that number from the total (2238-519=1719). You can do this same math with any percentage you want. Just change what you divide your exercise calories by to reflect the percentage.

Did you just sync the Fitbit with your MFP acct? If you did there could be an error with the adjustment.

"Up" the fiber. Instead of 10-13 a day, up to 21 to 25 grams a day.
Add more fruits and veggies. Also beans and chickpeas are high in fiber.

I thought it would be better if I don't eat all of them back
I synced fitbit with mfp few months ago and set my mfp to sedentary
    Thankyou @JanetYellen for the tips
I get confused with these numbers because the net calories for today is showing as 500 and I read your net shouldn't be below 1200?
