Stuck in a cycle :(
I'm stuck in this cycle where I either eat 800 calories daily, or binge for days. I really don't know what to do. I can't bring myself to eat more either when I don't binge, because I feel like I HAVE to get rid of all the weight now. It is so frustrating :(

Calorie goal
Hey everyone! I have a question. I have lost weight before but I was eating so little and over-exercised. Eventually I gained it all back plus some. Found out the hard way :P Now I have set my goal to 1400 calories. What do you think? Is it low/high? Thanks for responding! :)

Activity level as waitress
So I just started working at a cafe, I go there at 4pm and stay until it's closed( like midnight). Even though I'm there for that long, the cafe is not always busy, but I don't sit down much, I just stand still if I'm not doing anything else. Hey everyone, So yesterday I weighed myself at the same time as today and I weighed 55.7, but today I weigh 56.5. How do I know which one is my real weight? I normally don't weigh myself daily since I have access to a scale only at the weekends.
