What to eat for breakfast

Hey everyone, I've reached my goal and now I'm trying to maintain. I am staying at dorm, so I don't have many choices for breakfast. Do you think a plate with 2 eggs, white cheese, tomatoes and cucumber is good for a breakfast? And about the eggs, is one egg enough or what do you think?
I'm just looking for opinions, thank you

Do you have a microwave or a hot plate? I love Eggbeaters and turkey sausage in the morning....toss it on a low carb tortilla and breakfast is served....with some low fat cheese yay0

There is a maintaining portion of the forum too, if you also want to post there for advice on meals. Really though it depends on you. How active you are, when do you get to eat again after that, and will one egg or two hold you over until then?0

one egg is never enough FOR ME.
Breakfast isn't good FOR ME.
Don't like cheese in MY eggs.
Don't like cucumbers in MY eggs.
so no. that wouldn't work for me.
But I suspect you probably don't like either a.) having chili for breakfast- or b.) skipping breakfast all together. My average day cutting- I don't eat till 1-2 PM (I'm up at 630).
how is any of that helpful?
well it's not- because breakfast is breakfast- it is whatever you want to be - whenever you want it to be. If you like eggs with cheese and tomatoes and cucumbers for breakfast- than eat that for breakfast.
I don't like breakfast very much- but I often have eggs, tomatoes, onion, peppers and bacon- usually 4-6 eggs and 4-6 peices of bacon at some point during the day.
so do what you like- do what works for you- keeps you full- fits in your life and makes your tummy happy.0 -
I mean it sounds good, not for me but maybe for you. I eat way more than one egg. I would add some carbs in there like a bagel, toast or oatmeal too.0
