A little help about BF% for my holiday :)

Skipping lunch
I'm never hungry at lunch time so I often skip it, would it be ok to skip lunch and eat back the calories at night? For example I may need 20-30 more grams of protein so could I make like a chicken sandwich at night with a yogurt or something?

Don't eat vegetables
Hi, I've started resistance training now to build muscle and I'm meeting my protein intake as well and not going over my calories, I do eat baked beans nearly everyday which is considered a vegetable, but apart from that I hate any other vegetable, will I still be able to build muscle doing this?

So i seen you can buy quest bars online and the info for it is 20g of protein, 19 of fibre only 5g active carbs, 170 calories, 6g of fat. 20g of protein seems insane for 1 bar! They do cost £3.99 a bar though.. Anyone else eat these? And how much should I eat a day?

This may not apply to all of you but if it does, what famous person or person gets you motivated to lose weight? For me, I've always wanted a smile like Frankie Muniz and I'm aiming at losing weight around my face, I've lost weight on my stomach but my face still looks bloated, this is the kind of smile I am aiming for :)

Do you need to exercise?
I have a question, if you sat in bed for 24 hours and ate 1500 calories and didn't move and your BMR burns 2000 calories would you lose weight? I obviously don't do this but I was just curious.. It seems to good to be true lol
