Does it matter what you eat? Say I need 100g of protein, does it matter what type of food it is? Or just as long as I reach my protein goal? I'm curios, because I see people saying it should be 'lean' chicken fish etc..

Protein coming from anywhere is good. Lean meat is only so you can get the protein with not too many calories and fat.0

Ya, the only reason I get it from variant sources is for micronutrients, etc. So as long as you're hitting your macros for body comp and micronutrients for health, it really doesn't matter.0

Oh ok, thanks everyone^^ I've not been focusing on counting carbs/fat, I'm just really focusing on calories and protein and it seems to be working ok so far0
