Burning belly fat?

So i go on holiday in July and I'm currently 5 ft 8, 147 lbs and 18 male, im at a healthy weight, but I still have fat that I need to lose, especially belly fat and face fat. Will a calories deficit and at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 days a week burn this fat? I know I'm not going to have a six pack, but I just want to lose the fat.

If you are 18, and 5'8" and 147, I doubt you have much fat.
I would suggest using weights and build and tone the muscle. Work on your abs and other large muscle groups, but I doubt there is much fat to burn.0 -

There's not a lot of belly fat, it's mostly on my hips and below my belly button. Although I still have chubby cheeks0 -

That's just the shape of your face. A calorie deficit will get rid of fat but it really doesn't sound like you should lose anymore. Maybe try a progressive lifting schedule and add some muscle if you're wanting to change your body.0 -

But between 16 and 18, your body is changing and filling out and you are gaining your "adult" body. So those that had thin faces as a young person may not once they become an adult.
I still think working on weights is where you should focus, not so much on a calorie deficit.
An 18 yr old needs a certain amount of calories just to live.0 -
I'm a female 5'8" and I have a flat stomach at 160 pounds. You don't need to lose weight, you need to start strength training.0

You need recomposition, not weight loss. You are already at the lower end of the weight range. Start lifting, stop worrying about losing weight.0 -

This. Your cheeks will thin out if your bodyfat decreases.0 -

to everyones point you are going to want to do some resistance training regardless.
if you really feel as though you need to lose more fat, yes, continue eating at a defecit and eventually you should see progress in those areas.
just make sure your are honestly assessing your body. I"m 5'8''. in the profile pic i was about 150 ish
EDIT: you could also experiment with eating at maintenance and see where that takes you. At the end of the day, the best way to figure things out is to try for yourself. just make sure you weight train0 -
As you age the "baby face" will go especially if you increase muscle mass with weights.0

Assuming those pics are recent, then no, just tone up what you have and build some muscle.0

I assure you that you are not done growing or maturing yet. As others have said you need to start lifting. You become toned by lifting and increasing muscle mass or by eating at a deficit and losing body fat. At your age, I would be all over the lifting and building muscle.
I wish I would have known then what I know now about nutrition and exercise.
Take everyone's advice. You lift now and it gives you a base for the rest of your life.0 -
