Could someone help me out?

I've been lurking the forum for a while now just to read the posts, I keep track of my calories with pen and paper :) I've been losing weight and have lost around 20 lbs since November but I've never been 100% how much calories I am burning per day, I'm not very good with calculating stuff like this so id appreciate of someone could let me know based on my info..
So im 18 male, 5 ft 8 and 147 lbs, I jog 3 days a week for around 30 minutes and walk around the house for maybe 10-15 minutes.. And I go to college 3 days a week. I've been eating around 1800 calories and losing weight so could someone tell me how much I am burning and how much you advise me to eat?
