Lowering BF

Hey! Will eating at a calories deficit and eating enough protein plus exercising with my resistance band help me lose fat? I also do body weight exercises such as push ups and squats

Eating at a calorie deficit will lead to fat loss, the amount of protein you eat or the exercise you do has little to do with fat loss but will help you preserve lean muscle mass while lowering your % of body fat.

You will lose weight by eating at a calorie deficit. But you'll lose muscle as well as fat which is why exercise and a good diet are recommended, to preserve as much muscle as possible. Exercise can help burn calories if you go over your goal.

Based on your profile pic, you don't look like you need to lose weight (eat at a deficit). Yes, there is a little bit of body fat but it just needs to turn into muscle. I would advise talking to someone about lifting weights. Eat plenty of protein. Calories should be at maintenance but if you end up too small as the fat turns to muscle you can eat at a slight surplus.
