Ok I've been told that all I need to do now is tone my body and build muscle, I don't live anywhere near I gym and quite honestly don't won't to go to one, but I've heard to can lift your body weight, if so would this be an ok 30 min workout to do? If so how much times a week should I do it? Or do you recommend any workouts?
Thanks
Thanks

There are a lot of body weight resistance programs out there. Check out NerdFitness.com and Fitness Blender on YouTube- they have stuff you can follow along with, as well as exercise programs you can do on your own, without equipment.
You Are Your Own Gym and Convict Conditioning are also great books on the subject.

I would do what Stef said, you really are your own gym and there are a lot of good resources out there online now. Back before the Internet you really had to do a lot of thinking and get books and now the net makes things a lot easier to research. I would try YouTube.

I use You Are Your Own Gym, there is a book, DVD series and app that guide you through a number of sessions.0
