Anyone here only want to lose 5-10 pounds?
I'm just curious. I'm not over weight but I have gained weight so I only want to lose a little before summer. Also, I mostly want to just be healthy and gain strength, flexibility, and stamina. Anyone on MFP for the same reason?

Brownies from the box
Have any of you made brownies from the box, but healthified it with apple sauce instead of oil? My mom and her boyfriend LOVE boxed brownies, but I would love to make them healthier without them noticing... Were the brownies still good?

Losing too much weight (Just a rant)
I am loosing too much weight. I'm 5' 3" went from 127lbs in April to 109-110, and my goal weight was 113lbs. I know I haven't been eating enough calories, and now I have to increase. If I wake up late, do I eat less calories?
Today I woke up later than usual at around 12 pm. I just skipped breakfast and went straight for lunch and then proceeded to eat every 2-3 hours. But should I have less calories if my day is shorter than usual?

Going out to eat
I'm going out to eat at a place that doesn't have nutrition facts. To stay safe I was going to go with a chicken salad. Should I just assume that the calories would be similar to a homemade chicken salad? I know this is kind of a stupid question but who knows what restaurants do.

Short Cardio
I feel silly tracking my cardio exercises because sometimes I only do around 10 minutes. I was going to have a 1/2 cup of apple sauce but its sweetened. Is there anyone I could find out how much of the sugar is natural and how much is added? It's the Stop and Shop brand.
