Not sure if this is what others are experiencing. I disconnected my Flex from MFP for a few days. Now they won't reconnect. I'm getting no info from Fitbit to MFP. Everything looks connected on both sites but the data isn't there.

Flex is not counting steps or is missing them
Today my Flex is struggling to count steps. I can be looking at the app and the number just doesn't change even though I'm walking. If I leave the app and then go back it goes up but not by enough. Is anyone else experiencing this or maybe my Flex is dying?

Flex said I ate more than I did yesterday
I checked my Fitbit app last night and it said that I ate 1960 calories when if eaten 1800. I log food on MFP. I tried to edit it but didn't seem to be able to. How to I fix it? I'm new to maintaining
I'm (almost)47 & 5'2". I am 116 today, down from 137 January 2015. I lift weights 4x/wk & HIIT 1-2x/wk. I'm happy with my weight and just want to try recomp now. Seem to be maintaining at 1500
My weight has not fluctuated at all for a week. BF% seems stable, too, according to my scale.
