edited November 2024 in Goal: Maintaining Weight
I'm (almost)47 & 5'2". I am 116 today, down from 137 January 2015. I lift weights 4x/wk & HIIT 1-2x/wk. I'm happy with my weight and just want to try recomp now. My upper body is pretty lean but lower needs more work. I'm just here to say Hi and I hope to learn from you all about maintaining/recomp :)

First off, congratulations on your achievement! In my experience, there's no such thing as totally static maintenance. Even if it's only a decimal point difference, it's all about gain/loss.

Yeah, I expect to have a weight range and not a static number. I'd like to keep my weight under 120 lbs. but, I have no idea what to expect from recomp. I have a fair amount of muscle now.
