As I've stated in the past I have a difficult time drinking. I find that milk is the only thing I can drink a lot of without getting sick of it. I LOVE the stuff! AND if I drink it throughout the day, it helps me to not eat as much. Is this good or bad? Will I still lose weight?

Started Level 2 30DS
It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be, but there were a couple of sections that I couldn't complete. My abs and legs are already sore and I LOVE IT! I can't wait til I get to the point that I can go strong the whole way through!
