Which one gives a nice lifted firm booty? hehe I'm not looking to shrink my butt, I want to enhance it. ;)

    Free weights are best. This is a great instructional video below (also a great free program to do). You want to lift heavy enough that the last couple reps (do 3 sets of 6-10 reps) are difficult. You may just start using the bar. It's not a competition. It's just what's heavy for you. Good lifting programs to start out with are Starting Strength (which I've linked), Stronglifts 5x5, and New Rules of Lifting For Women. The beginning of NROLFW explains so well why women need to lift heavy.
