How do you log the Insanity Fit Test?

pick the generic exercise that matches what you're doing...
ie at my gym zumba appears to be a dance class
the walk to fit series of DVDs get logged as walking
jillian and bob depending on which of their many many DVDs you're using it's either aerobics, strength training or circuit training
P90x could be circuit training from the infomercials I've seen on it.
There are many many different exercise programs out there, impossible to add them all and provide a caloric burn for everything but if you enter the generic exercise that suits what you're doing....0 -
Things like work out tapes it would be impossible to do a guesstimate. To get an accurate calorie burn you'd have to utilize a heart rate monitor unfortunately. I suppose if you want a very rough estimate you could enter it as circuit training?0

Thats what i did i enntered it as a generic exercise and matched it as much as i can i started yesterday Good Luck on Insanity ! 59 days to go !!!0
