So...what if I drink a lot of milk?

As I've stated in the past I have a difficult time drinking. I find that milk is the only thing I can drink a lot of without getting sick of it. I LOVE the stuff! AND if I drink it throughout the day, it helps me to not eat as much. Is this good or bad? Will I still lose weight?

You might find a lot of contradicting studies as whether milk is beneficial or not. But personally, I would say, drink it if you like it. Its a good source of proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Yes, you can still lose weight. Just make sure you count the calories. And if you can handle lowfat or skim milk, you can have more for fewer calories. Drink up!

If you are eating less calories then you burn, you will lose weight.

Milk is great for hunger control. High quality, slow digesting protein, and the carbs refill both muscle and liver glycogen (liver glycogen has a role in hunger signaling)

If you're still around your calorie goal for the day, you will lose weight :)

I have milk everyday, around 300-700ml. Does me no harm.
