could workout all day long and really focus on eating right, so I could really get the body I want. I just don't have the time or energy to put as much into it as I would love to. I feel like in order to get the body I REALLY want...my DREAM body, I would have to workout like 4 hours a day or something because I wanna be fit and built. LOL

Not to mention I'd need a personal trainer.

    Yes, but I think it's more realistic to take baby steps to your goal. Can you climb a mountain in 7 hours? Or maybe it takes 7 days. For me it might be 7 years, but at least I'm headed in the right direction!

    Baby steps! You can get there! Not all of us can whisk away to some resort where all we do is exercise and eat right. Never mind if we could afford it, most of us don't have the time! Each meal is another chance to do the right thing. Attack it one at a time.
