RUNNERS - Supplements?
I keep my diet pretty balanced but I am concerned that I'm not getting enough calcium, at least as far as I can tell anyway. Don't think I need a multivitamin but am considering a calcium + D supplement. Any thoughts on this? Information from googling is spotty. Thanks for your help!

Is there a workout DVD similar to JM 30 day shred/Ripped in 30 that is not targeted so heavily to women but is just as effective? I know what Insanity and the other beach body products are and I'm not ready to make that kind of monetary investment. Any info. would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Protein macro question.
Everything I've read says that I should get anywhere from 0.8-1g of protein for every lb of body weight but my default macro set by MFP is 70g per day. I weigh 265. What gives? I'm way under my goals, but I'm not hungry! Argh.
I'm only at 891 calories for the day and That's over 1000 calories under my goal but I'm not ravenous or anything and at this point I feel like if I go and get something to eat then it will only be because my macros tell me I'm not eating enough, not because I'm hungry. What should I do?
