I keep my diet pretty balanced but I am concerned that I'm not getting enough calcium, at least as far as I can tell anyway. Don't think I need a multivitamin but am considering a calcium + D supplement. Any thoughts on this? Information from googling is spotty. Thanks for your help!

I usually drink whey protein which has about 140 mg of calcium mixed with nonfat milk w/vitamin A & D (more calcium) after I run.0
