New to livefit but not to lifting heavy :)
Hey everyone! I'm considering doing livefit so I wanted to join the group and see how people are liking it. I did nrolfw last year and then in October started stronglifts 5x5. I'm worried that with a split routine like this one I will miss my big compound lifts. I may just follow the diet plan. How is everyone liking it?

Maintaining muscle mass vs building muscle mass
Is it easier to maintain muscle mass than it is to build it? It really seems to actually gain lean body mass you don't have much choice but to bulk (at surplus) then cut. Maybe repeat some. Bulking and cutting doesn't sound super appealing to me so I was wondering. Do you have to do it forever? Or can you just eat…

Caffeine and Exercising
The interesting part for me was that it seems that caffeine before working out makes you burn fat before you burn carbs... interesting idea.
