I am excited to say that I have lost a total of 19.2 lbs since I started my weight loss journey, as well as a total of 2 inches in both my waist and also in my hips!!

My goal weight was 128 lbs, but really it's between 125 and 130. So I basically got there from TF, so now I just want to concentrate on getting some muscles!!

But, anyways, since I joined MFP in January and began TurboFire, I have lost.....

I am 5'8" and 21 years old:

I'm very thankful to all of my MFP friends for the support you gave me, especially now when I am pretty obviously terrified of upping my calorie intake for the NROLFW lifting program, but I'm ready for this step and next time you see me... I'm gonna have abs!!! ;)

    Haha Aimee--- I have to say, there is so much to the idea that we all look at other people's pics and say "I want that!!", which is why it's funny that you say that, because I always look at your ab pics and think: "I want her stomach!!!" hahaha Thanks so much for the compliment :)
