successful day!
so today i went running DESPITE the fact that i was dog tired from work. i planned to go 2miles but ended up goin 2.63miles in UNDER 40min (a personal best thus far!) i also stayed within my calories for the day :-) feelin good, now if i finish folding and putting away my laundry i'll count today as a total win! hahaha

Need GPS for running
I've picked up my running training, but I'd like to get a GPS to track my routes. I'm currently using the map run app on my phone but it's problematic. mainly i have to always "clean up" the route to see actual distance and sometimes the gps doesn't work. Inaccurate HRM
today i did a 95min jog/walk w/ ave speed of about 3.2mi/hr. my HRM told me i burned 1410 cals in that time. i KNOW that's not accurate.
