I went to a wedding yesterday and wore a dress that i bought several years ago. Previously I only felt comfortable wearing a pair of spanx under this dress to keep everything "contained" But this time I wore the dress without spanx and looked freakin AWESOME (if I do say so myself, lol)! It was so nice to not feel like I needed to suck in my stomach when walking around.

Then today I noticed my watch is way looser than it used to be. When I bought it a year ago it fit snuggly around my wrist. Today I realized I can fit my entire INDEX FINGER in the band while wearing it!

Thank God for NSVs bc sometimes the scale is NOT a good friend :-)

Great job! Nice to be rewarded somehow, because you are right, sometimes the scale is not our friend!

I try to focus on the NSV's (non scale victories) because they help keep my motivation going.
