Need GPS for running

I've picked up my running training, but I'd like to get a GPS to track my routes. I'm currently using the map run app on my phone but it's problematic. mainly i have to always "clean up" the route to see actual distance and sometimes the gps doesn't work.
Anyway, what are some good, and affordable, GPS trackers for running?

I use the Motorola Actv, which works well for running outside. Terrible indoors.
Expensive though.... $2000 -
I use the old school Garmin 205. No bells and whistles and it looks huge, but it has never bothered me. It also uploads to my running log site.

I use the Garmin 305 and love it. You can get them now for a good price on ebay.0

garmin are the outright leaders here. I have a garmin 305 which is their older model and it is brilliant. I can set a pace to beat, set alarms, race against a virtual partner, set way points etc etc. And then uplaod them to their web site and track my progress.
If you don't need heart rate as well then the garmin 110 might be enough.0 -
I use the app cardiotrainer. I have had less issues with this app then tracx, mapmyrun and a few others. It will also hook up to a bluetooth heart monitor to give you accurate calories burned.0

I recently trashed by 301 so I replaced it with a 110. the only thing that it lacks that I would like is interval time.0

I have a garmin 610-more bells and whistles than I will ever need, but it does the job & it's not ugly (I'm a girl-that's important to me). I do like that I can customize the screens and that I can display 4 data elements per screen-I can get all the things I'm concerned with on a single screen. Don't know if that feature was really worth the extra $100 or $150, but I don't regret spending what I did and I'm thrilled with the 610 (even though my needs really could have been met with something far less expensive).0
