Feeling blah

Not sure if anyone else is feeling this way today, but I'm just feeling very blah about my weightloss & diet today. I usually hit this motivation wall at the 5wk mark, but for some reason it's happening now (approx 10wks). I've lost about 14lbs since i started changing my lifestyle in april 2011.

Any suggestions on how to shake this feeling? I've had MULTIPLE nsv's lately, but i'm still feelin low motivation.
