Today it really hit me...I am addicted. To EXERCISE! I used to dred running Or working out, now I have gotten to the point where I hate NOT working out!! I get cranky on the days I do not! Pretty big testament to becoming healthy!

Where is my willpower
I live an active lifestyle, however my binge eating (mostly just once a day) ruins it for me. I workout and I am just feeling a bit upset about it! I am maintaining, but I want to be losing. I also have no patience, which is not helpful either. Any advise! thanks

6 weeks until 30
I turn 30 in 6 weeks, and I have decided that I am going to put everything I have into the next 6 weeks and see how things go, I have been changing my lifestyle and working out so this is not a huge change, but I am going to quit half assing it and actually see how good I can look the day I turn 30..I just wanted to share

I have been noticing lots of post about both, however I am wondering if anyone with about 60-70 pounds to lose have done the whole system.
