this week has been a hard week. I started my weightloss goal in February, I have has a few weeks that i have fallen off the diet wagon, however i have maintained my exercise routine. I work out at least 4 days a week and sometimes I work out 6 days. The great thing is I can tell my cardiovascular system is in much better shape, however i am not dropping the weight, I have only dropped one pant size, I run or workout at least 45 minutes each session and some day I work out 1 hour 15 minutes. I feel like I am never going to slim down, I just don't get how I can so little results, i keep a journal of foods and I under calorie goal for the most part,
Anyone have advice or going through the same thing?

It really sucks to know that our bodies were not desgined to lose weight.....so we have to push and nearly kill ourselves for results! I know it's hard and it will take time. I'll take the pants size rather than weightloss!

I know exactly how you feel! I've been going backwards myself. I have lost 50 pounds since January but I gained 10 pounds back since 2 weeks ago! This morning I got on the scale and I finally lost about 2 pounds of the 10 I gained! I am going to recommit myself to eating better than I have for the past 2 weeks but the exercise is hard. I just don't have time. I have a 6 year old and a 9 month old that still doesn't sleep through the night. I'm already up at 5 am to take care of him. I've come close to giving up so many times during these last two weeks. I'm so sick of this dieting and going no-where or backwards! ARGH!
    I wish you good luck!

I failed to mention that I have 4,3,2 year old children, and it seems like since having them my metabolism has just stopped working.. So frustrating glad to know someone is there with me
