I am having one of those weeks, I haven't eaten right and I had to take a few days off due to a stomach bug, and I have felt guilty, last time I worked out was Sunday, today has been the first day I have had my full energy back. The trouble is now that I feel terrible because i have had setbacks, and my husband has brought home fast food to eat just about everyday this week because i haven't cooked, now wednesday i didn't eat anything due to the bug, but over the last few days i have downed the reeses cups like crazy because I really am addicted to them. Now i feel even more guilty because I have not exercised and i am eating junk. Not a great combo. I know tomorrow is a new day, however I really feel like I am spinning my tires. I am having a pitty party. I am more cardiovascularly in shape, I can run 5 miles now, but my body shape has gone nowhere and it is not for lack of busting my butt for the last 6 months. I workout an hour at the time but still. Anyway thanks for listening sorry for the whining.

We've all been there. Yesterday, I got so bored and was upset over something, so I took it out on my favorite junk food. In 30 min, I have consumed over 1,000 calories. It's happened before and I feel horrible after, but I tell myself to not let it stop me, and get back on track. Just see this as a small twist in the road, not a dead end, and get back on track. :) It's worth it!

If this journey was easy, we'd all be our ideal healthy weight. It takes time and there will be bad days, weeks and even months. If I let every failure or setback keep me down, I would not be .8 lbs from my goal weight. A weight I have not seen since I was in my 20's. You can do this! Just put it behind you and set your mind to finish what you started!

After last night, I went to the gym and ran 2 miles and did 70 minutes of spinning. That def got me back on track! Just remember, it's not worth it, and you can do it! :D
