So here i am back again..needing some motivation!

Up until April of this year, I was doing great! gym everyday, losing weight doing good! Then April came and I found out I was pregnant, sick all the time and lethargic,so I quit going to the gym and started eating foods I could keep down, then the beginning of june I had a miscarriage, started feeling sorry for myself and I gained a total of 20 lbs in like 3 months, I am back to regain my fitness and take charge of my weight loss. This is the third day back and I feel pretty good! I know this is not a quick fix, but I am hoping to continue until I finally achieve my weight loss goals!
