New Laughing Cow flavors! Yay!
New to me anyway. I just found Light Blue cheese, Light Queso Fresco Chipotle & Light Tomato & Basil. I've never seen these flavors before. All I've ever seen around here are the Swiss, Garlic & Herb and French Onion in the Light. Still wish they would make a cheddar flavor.

Glucose readings after exercising?
My glucose readings have been running anywhere from 89 to 130 in the afternoons when I get home from work. I checked it today after I exercised and it was 204? I went to lunch today with my Mom & Sis for Mother's day at Applebee's. I had the Grilled Dijon chicken & Portobellos from their under 550 menu. Spaghetti Squash
I just heated up the spaghetti squash I cooked yesterday and added a wedge of the laughing cow cheese before I microwaved it. Turned out delicious. Closest I've had to mac & cheese in a long time! Wish they would make a chedder light wedge!

Anyone using Walk-Away-the-Pounds?
Would love to hear from others using the walk away the pounds for exercise! I have several of the tapes and rotate them daily to work different muscles. My favorites right now are the 3 Mile Boot Camp and the 4 mile Walk Slim 4 Really Big miles. I've had real good success with them so far. :happy:
