I took my bike out to check out a new trail in my area & WOW it was much more technical & in general "over my head!" work related lifting advice
I could use some strength training for work related lifting. I work 2nd shift in a food production factory & it's the hardest job I've ever had but last week it got harder! cooking question
Yesterday I baked some chicken & rolled it in prepared bread crumbs which added way to many calories! So I was thinking of bran flakes mixed with fiber one. Has anyone else tried anything else like this? Prepared bread crumbs were 140 calories per 1/4 cup!

Lee Creek clean-up

I plan to hike Lake Wilson sunday. It is listed as 2.6 mi. & usualy takes me around 1 1/2 hr. moderate terrain. Weather permits -will go late am to avoid the heat of the day. Any NWA members are welcome to join. I recomend bring 2 bottles water & a light snack

I'm into my second week of training for my first 5k & wonder what exercises I should be doing on my off days? I don't want to over do it on my knees but want a daily work out. Any suggestions?

I pack a "lunch" for work & always looking for low-cal alternatives to my favorites so yesterday I came up with a low-cal cole slaw recipe & would be happy to share. 106 calories per serving(3/4 cup) with splenda, 177 with sugar.Anyone else have a favorite?
