Any one in NW Arkansas interested in a hike or cycling?

Wondering if any one would be interested in hiking some of the many trails in nw arkansas. Also interested in cycling. I'm not very fast on my bike & like to take time to "smell the roses." Also trying to build up stamina for the OHT
