I am almost to my weight goal- 133 pounds. But my appetite has SURGED! My activity level is the same, although I need to add some weight training. And I’m not starving myself. I get 1500-2200 calories a day- but I need to feel fuller. I also need more protein. Suggestions? Recipes? Thanks!!!

Set macro goals per meal
I’ve love to be able to set macro goals per meal, I have a set amount of carbs for a pre workout snack/ amount of protein post workout and I have to keep checking back to my nutrition plan to make sure I’ve got the right number, I’d love to be able to set these up per meal so I know what my target is.

How to reduce fat intake?
My target is 52g of fat a day, but I’m always above that because I have olive oil, nuts, and peanut butter every day. If I eat meat it’s lean (chicken breast, tenderloin). I do meet my protein target, but I’m above my fat target and always below carbs target.

I lifted, lost weight...maintained and then in sept decided to cut some more. Lost 13# now at 142#...looking to build muscle.
