Macros

Hello, I’m wondering if anyone else is having difficulty with eating enough food to get in your macros? I’ve found I’m always low on protein, etc even though I’m trying to make choices to increase in this area. Im finding I’m too full to try to achieve these goals. Does anyone else find this? Thanks!

    What is your protein goal? Most experts agree you need no more than around 1 gram per pound of LEAN body weight (meaning your weight if you weren't overweight)

    thanks, the app has recommended 83g protein. I’ve only been on this plan for 10 days so I’m still trying to cut bad choices (extra sugar, etc). I’m sure once I do cut the unnecessary extras I’ll be closer to my protein goal.

    Yep, that may help. Focus on including protein rich choices at each meal (chicken, beans, lentils, lean cuts of beef)

    Ten days isn't long. It's taken your whole life to learn to eat as well as you do today. It may take just a few more days to change things more. Keep trying. You'll achieve your goals. You're doing great!
