New to Fitness Pal, Want to learn about macro counting.

Hello! I am new to the app and looking to learn. 

At age 51, I started my weight loss and fitness jouney in October 2024. I lost 5 pounds pretty fast, after the holidays focused again. my weight fluctuates a 1.5 after the weekends, but I'm down another 5 pounds since January 1st. (10 lbs overall). i’d like to lose another 10 pounds but the progress has been slow, so i decided I need to try and count my macros, hence why i signed up. I workout 4 times a week, mobily and streghth training, stretching, using body weight and dumbells. If there are any tips or tricks to get started, i’d love to hear them. I bought myself a kitchen scale. Thanks! Jen
