Realistic Goals for 2023-
We all make New Year Resolutions.... and usually by February they are forgotten. What are some ways You have used to keep on track? For me, I would like to lose 100 pounds. How to sync to an app not listed?
I just got through buying a fitness tracker and it uses the OnWear Pro app. I noticed this doesn't appear on the list of app to connect to, is there anyway to make this happen?

LOSING AND KEEPING WEIGHT OFF FOREVER
I truly believe the only way to lose weight and keep it off forever (that's what we want, right?) is to to eat a high protein/low fat diet, similar to KETO, and eat 1-2 meals a day with NO SNACKING. Well I've lost 48 kg (106 lbs) but I still feel like I need to lose at least 15 more kgs (33lbs). I recently noticed that i've been very obsessive about getting thinner at all costs, so maybe joining a community will be a good step towards getting over my never ending wish to get thinner and thinner.
