Restarting the Fitness Journey

I moved abroad during the height of covid in 2020 and put on about 30 pounds as a result of depression and social isolation in a new environment. Of course, food was one delivery order away so the pounds piled on. Now that I'm settled in and addressing my mental health, I've restarted the fitness journey and hope to be in as good a shape as pre-covid if not better. Taking it one day at a time and trying to stay away from extreme diets or fad eating styles. Feel free to reach out :)
