Time for a change

Hello everyone! I've been a member for a while, but after a losing my father last year, and starting a new job teaching (and the associated stress that comes along with it), I've picked up really unhealthy habits and decided yesterday that enough is enough and it's time for a change. I'm planning on using the app and the website to track my diet and I've given myself a challenge of doing at least 45 minutes of VR fitness (Fit XR or Les Mills) for the next three months, so that when I get back to teaching after the summer holidays, I can at least start to see an improvement in my overall wellbeing and weight. I've also decided to stop drinking any alcohol and soft drinks.
I guess, I'm posting this as I want to feel accountable to myself, and writing this down in black and white, feels like a first step to me.
I guess that's it really, I just thought I would post on here as I start this journey :)
