Not able to loose weight ?
"Despite exercising daily for an hour, adopting intermittent fasting for the past three days, and maintaining a balanced diet with occasional homemade junk food, my weight remains unchanged at 69.70 kilograms. Any insights into why I'm not seeing any weight loss progress?"

Weight loss progress not updating?
So I’ve been on plan a week… in a healthy deficit all week and as a result I’ve lost 2kgs in my first week - you best believe I logged that drop so quick I almost tripped up running to the app. I added it feeling proud! When I nipped on later to log food I notice that my newsfeed updated the change for my friends to see…

How do you folks not just ‘eat along’ w your significant other/family?
Hi! Recently rapidly gaining weight and what my doctor and I are pinpointing is that I tend to keep pace w whoever I’m around (around bf who is 6’4 and active, I’m 5’4 my job isn’t). I’m trying to make better choices but it’s tough and time consuming. My fall back is eating whatever and whenever he eats. How to work on…

Halfway Progress Photo - 62 pounds down
Halfway through my goal. 62 pounds down. I cut out alcohol, changed jobs, and left an unhappy relationship. I have been walking with the aid of Pokémon Go! Only eating out 2 nights a week and high fiber, high protein, meals. Replaced candy with fruit. Please add me if you want to join me on the remainder of my journey!

I’ve been many sizes throughout my life but recently shot up 40 pounds and 6 dress sizes in a matter of less than 3 months. I also just quit drinking again after a relapse. Is it normal that right now I’m still gaining weight despite altering habits? ALSO: any suggestions for maintaining motivation when drinking or binge…

Hi, what have people found to be the best storage bag/container to freeze meals?
I plan to batch cook and weigh/portion out to then freeze. I'm planning on doing this with curries, chicken tikka pieces, soups etc. Also, if anyone has any recipes/advice on what other foods freeze well, I would appreciate any help/advice offered :) Thanks in advance :)

Way back in December 2012, our youngest son had a major surgery at Mayo Clinic, Rochester. On the way home he commented that he would like to see both my wife and me live a lot longer by losing some weight and for my wife to quit smoking (She did a year ago in March). He gave me the link to myfitnesspal and suggested I try…

Let's see how it goes! Testing the "If everyday were like this..." calculation.
I weighed 248lbs on Sunday. On Monday, April 22, 2024, MFP told me that if everyday were like this, I'd weigh 220lbs in 5 weeks. So I'll try it. And I'll track it. And I'll let you know how it goes.

high protien breakfast
I need a high protein, mod carb breakfast that is not cereal based! I currently have two boiled eggs and toast but I will soon get sick of this. Most of my carbs are divided into breakfast and snacks, so I do not want to put most of my carbs into this one meal. I am not keen on meat for breakfast either. Any ideas? Or am I…

Long time member, New goals
Hi Everyone, I joined YEARS ago lol. I haven't been active in quite some time. Since my absence, I had gastric sleeve surgery and have maintained a 100lb weightloss for 4 years. Aside from the sagging skin, I'm happy with my weight. My focus now is mostly healthier eating and building muscle. I'm currently nursing my 6th…
