fiber
I am trying to take in 2600 calories a day with only 30g of carbs. It is impossible for me to take in enough fiber to meet daily fiber recommendations. The most fiber dense food I have found is psyllium husk with a 1:1 carb/fiber ratio. Does anyone know if anything more potent?

MFP can subract macros if you use negative numbers!!!
Am I the only noob that didn't know this?!?!? For example, put a burger king whopper in with a serving of (1), then also put burger king whopper bun with a serving of (-1) and bam! You have the macros of a whopper w/o the bun! (granted that is already in the system, but this is just an example) Neat!

ketosis but no weight loss
I have been in ketosis for 3 weeks and walking 30-50 min most days. I have not lost a thing. Granted, I only have about 15-20 to lose. My hubby who has about double that to lose has lost 5 lbs. I am thinking about adding in some weight lifting but starting off easy. Any advice?

How often do you eat?
Anyone eat 1-2 meals a day? What time do you eat? This is my 3rd day trying the 2 meals per day as Jimmy describes in "Keto Clarity". I eat breakfast about 9:30am, then have a fat bomb around 2-3 (does that count as a meal?), then dinner about 6pm. What are your experiences/thoughts on it?
