Pass Day #1 for me. Still got the exercise in, but not so great with the tracking today.

Eat what you like. Weigh your food (portion sizes are important),log and swap in healthier foods. Trying to go cold turkey from favorite foods can lead some people to binge. Move more, even if its just a walk. And have patience! Weight loss is not linear and its not always exact.

Victorias Secret... the incredible (front zip) or knockout. Both work great for me (38DD currently). Whatever you go with, aim to get a front close or one that goes on like a normal bra. The over the head ones are a huge pain!

Feel free to add me :) same age, same height. But I have a longer way to get back to the healthy range. Just aiming to get back into "overweight" BMI to start... so about 65lbs to reach that point.

Tracking everyday is a big part of my plan. My plan includes a daily walk (min of half hour), a half hour workout video/program 5-6 days/week (first up is PiYo) and no treats at work.

Victorias secret the front zip ones... so much easier for on/off. And some of the best support Ive found (36DD-38DD). Maximum support is a must for me. The VS ones go one sale pretty often. I used to have an underarmour one that was also front zip, and sized, it was pretty supportive. Lulu lemon tata tamer isnt too bad…

Thanks for the insight. Im really not looking for weight loss through doing whole 30 (that would really just be a bonus but likely not sustainable as foods are reintroduced).
