  • Hello! Im 27 years old and have a sedentary desk job. Been at my job for about 4 years now, and the pounds have crept up...a lot! This is my first time in a UAC, I joined the group because I need the accountability. My goals for June are: - Log everything - 30+ minutes of physical acitivity each day & hittig 7k+ steps each…

  • Ok... so what if its less than 100 over? I was only 23 over yesterday.
  • I'm in! Starting tomorrow! Burpees would be a good one to add to the options list too
  • No processed food - week, 30 days, 100 days or whatever timeframe we decide upon.
  • Day 1: 96 of 113 oz Day 2: 104 of 113 oz
  • Hi everyone! I have about 90lbs to lose in total. I think 20 lbs by 2017 is a great goal and a great kick in the butt for me.

  • I'm in for 113oz (may end up hitting a bit higher as Ill make my goal 5 of my 24oz water bottles)
  • Challenge ideas: - exercise minutes each week - Distance walked (or steps) - Veggie at every meal - A different color veggie or fruit each week (or even day) - Water intake - swap an unhealthy snack for a healthy one - meals/snacks tracked each day - I know Im awfult for sticking to tracking everything - Fitness…
  • Eat what you like. Weigh your food (portion sizes are important),log and swap in healthier foods. Trying to go cold turkey from favorite foods can lead some people to binge. Move more, even if its just a walk. And have patience! Weight loss is not linear and its not always exact.
  • Victorias Secret... the incredible (front zip) or knockout. Both work great for me (38DD currently). Whatever you go with, aim to get a front close or one that goes on like a normal bra. The over the head ones are a huge pain!
  • Me too! Aiming for about 70lbs lost this year to get me into the "overweight" range for my height. And of course more weight loss is always welcome too. Feel free to add me!
  • Feel free to add me :) same age, same height. But I have a longer way to get back to the healthy range. Just aiming to get back into "overweight" BMI to start... so about 65lbs to reach that point.
  • Victorias secret - the 2 frontclose ones. I think they're the incredible and knockout. Best sports beas Ive tried so far :) and Im a DD. Whatever you go with, I highly recommend getting a front close or one that does up in the back, oh and adjustable straps too
  • Tracking everyday is a big part of my plan. My plan includes a daily walk (min of half hour), a half hour workout video/program 5-6 days/week (first up is PiYo) and no treats at work.
  • Victorias secret the front zip ones... so much easier for on/off. And some of the best support Ive found (36DD-38DD). Maximum support is a must for me. The VS ones go one sale pretty often. I used to have an underarmour one that was also front zip, and sized, it was pretty supportive. Lulu lemon tata tamer isnt too bad…
  • Feel free to add me. My goal is to lose 70-90lbs... hopefully most of that within the next year. I can use all the support (and ... butt kicking) there is. So little willpower when it comes to sweets
  • Request sent :) Im also looking to lose 70-90lbs.. and be in a good body fat % range too. Feel free to friend me.
  • My whys: - joint pain, and ankle troubles! - more confidence about my appearance (and outta the awkward not quite plus size, but not quite regular size for clothes) - sexy lingerie  and the confidence to rock it. And a boudoir photo session. - My overall health. Preventing as much as I can (diabetes, osteoporosis…
  • Thanks! I actually ended up finding my zip! No need for a replacement now  I will be keeping the jawbone up3 in mind for the next time I lose it or when I decide to upgrade.

  • Thanks for the insight. Im really not looking for weight loss through doing whole 30 (that would really just be a bonus but likely not sustainable as foods are reintroduced). Definitely in it for the other benefits - for one not feeling like crap after eating would be great. I've also been having some other issues that the…
