You seem to be ignoring all the reasoned advise in this thread and making things purposefully difficult. Have reasonable goals. Hit fat, hit protein and fill the rest of your calorie allowance with carbs. There's no extra points for eating quiona over any other carb. It's really not that difficult.

OP I think if might help if you tell us what you're actually trying to achieve and how you're currently going about it. Are you just sinking a load of extra calories and hoping you'll develop a 'booty' and the body of your dreams or some such? That's not really the way to go.
